One local teacher has turned her students into world wide travelers thanks to our One Classroom at a Time grant.

Forget Where's Waldo. Andrea Broaddus wants her class to know "Where in the World is Everybody?

That's the name of her new program that takes her students around the globe.

The money will help Broaddus teach geography with the help of new interactive globes.

The hands on activity teaches students the difference between cities, states, countries, lakes and continents.

Broaddus designed the program because she says geography isn't taught independently anymore and she wants her students to understand the world they live in.

And her students are so thankful for her worldly efforts That now they too can travel the globe.
